These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FinFin Global Ventures website and platform (collectively, the "Site"), operated by FinFin Global Ventures LLC ("FinFin AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a Meydan Grandstand, Dubai, UAE limited liability company.

By accessing the Site, submitting any form, booking a demo, or otherwise engaging with FinFin AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Site, requests a demo, or subscribes to any FinFin AI plan.

FinFin AI provides AI-powered business automation software and related services to businesses seeking to automate sales, communication, and daily operations. Specifically:

• AI Voice Agents: Automated inbound and outbound calling agents for lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-up, and customer support
• Workflow & CRM Automation: Integration and automation services connecting your CRM (including GoHighLevel and Salesforce), calendars, and communication channels
• Multi-Channel Automation: Automated WhatsApp, voice, and messaging workflows across supported channels and languages
• Analytics & Reporting: Call recordings, transcripts, and performance analytics tied to your subscribed plan

Available features, integrations, and channels vary by subscription plan as described on our Pricing page. FinFin Global Ventures LLC is an independent software and automation provider. We are not a CRM provider, telecommunications carrier, or affiliate of GoHighLevel, Salesforce, WhatsApp, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

To use our Site and subscribe to any FinFin AI plan, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind the business or organization on whose behalf you are subscribing
• Provide accurate and complete information during signup and onboarding
• Comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you deploy AI voice agents or automated messaging, including telemarketing, robocall, and data protection laws

Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or deploying the platform in violation of applicable law, may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Plan Tiers. FinFin AI is offered on Basic, Growth, Professional, and Premium subscription plans, each with different included features as described on our Pricing page. Feature availability is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize FinFin AI to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

No Long-Term Contract. Plans are offered on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

No Guarantee of Results. While many customers experience improved lead conversion, response times, and operational efficiency, FinFin AI makes no guarantee of specific booking rates, revenue outcomes, or cost savings. Results shown on our Site (including call volumes, conversion percentages, and client testimonials) are illustrative or based on individual customer experiences and are not representative of results for every business.

Third-Party Costs. Certain features (e.g., number provisioning, SMS/voice usage, third-party CRM or automation tool integrations) may incur additional usage-based or third-party fees, which will be disclosed prior to activation.

By submitting your phone number and/or email address through any FinFin AI form, or by using the platform to contact your own customers, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consent from individuals your account contacts via AI voice, SMS, WhatsApp, or other automated channels, including consent required under applicable telemarketing and robocall laws
• FinFin AI may contact you regarding your inquiry, demo booking, account status, billing, and related product updates via email, SMS, and phone
• You may opt out of FinFin AI's own marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or clicking "unsubscribe" in any email

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications.

FinFin AI strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our Site, including feature descriptions, pricing, and performance statistics. However:

• Call volume, conversion, and performance statistics shown on the Site are illustrative or aggregated examples and may not reflect results for your specific business
• Feature availability, integrations, and pricing are subject to change without notice
• You should independently evaluate whether the platform meets your business and compliance needs before subscribing. We encourage you to consult qualified professionals regarding regulatory compliance in your industry and jurisdiction.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the FinFin AI name and brand, page designs, software, and platform documentation — is the property of FinFin Global Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software from this Site without prior written permission from FinFin AI.

You agree not to use the Site or platform to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
• Deploy AI voice, SMS, or WhatsApp automation to contact individuals without required legal consent
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site using automated means
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, platform, or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including telemarketing, data protection, or consumer protection laws
• Use the platform to transmit spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful communications

Our Site and platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, including CRM providers (GoHighLevel, Salesforce), communication platforms (WhatsApp), and workflow tools (Zapier). FinFin AI is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of integrated third-party services is also subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.

FINFIN AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FINFIN AI IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinFin AI, FinFin Global Ventures LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Site or platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that communications sent using your account caused damage to a third party, including claims arising from lack of required consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Meydan Grandstand, Dubai, UAE without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Meydan Grandstand, Dubai, UAE. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

FinFin AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FinFin AI regarding your use of the Site and platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
